The challenge
A fundraiser has one job beyond the program: getting guests to give. The ask had to stay in front of guests all evening, not only during the speeches, and giving had to take seconds.
The solution
We placed a freestanding digital poster display at the venue entrance, framed by the event décor. It carried the donation message and a large QR code, so any guest could scan and give from their phone without looking for a table or a form.
The result
The donation message and QR code were in view from the moment guests walked in until they left. Giving was one scan away for every guest, at any point in the evening, without stopping the program to ask.
