The challenge
A long hotel ballroom with attendees seated at tables from the front of the room to the back. People at the far tables needed to see the presentations as clearly as the people up front, and every speaker's slides had to run without a hitch.
The solution
We placed LCD displays on stands throughout the room so each section of tables had a screen nearby. Presentations ran from a control desk at the back of the room, where our team switched sources and fed every display at once.
The result
Every table had a clear view of the presentations, no matter where it sat in the room. Speakers changed over and slides played from one control position, so the program stayed on track.
