Hybrid ballroom event with Zoom participants
One program for two audiences: attendees in the ballroom and participants on Zoom.

The challenge
Part of the audience was in the ballroom and part was joining on Zoom. Remote participants needed to see and hear the room clearly, and the event had to feel like one program, not a meeting with a camera pointed at it.
The solution
We covered the room with PTZ cameras on tripods and ran room audio through a mixer into the production. At the control desk, a live switcher and dedicated laptops brought the cameras, the presentations and the Zoom participants together into a single program.
The result
Participants on Zoom followed the same program as the people in the room, with camera views and clear audio instead of a single fixed shot. The in-person and online audiences took part in one event.
