The challenge
Guests arrived through a large lobby before the gala began. The organizers wanted the event's theme and artwork to greet people the moment they walked in, in a space too big for a printed sign to hold attention.
The solution
We placed a freestanding digital poster display at the center of the lobby, set off with stanchions, running the event artwork.
The result
The bright display drew guests in as they arrived. People gathered around it, and it became a natural spot to meet and take photos before the program.
